Former Watford youth midfielder Carl joined Wods in November 2021 on a dual-registration basis from Beaconsfield Town.

Carl was also at Udinese as a youngster and then played in Poland for Zaglebie Sosnowiec. He also had short spells at Oxford City, Banbury United, Bedfont Sports, Wingate & Finchley and Marlow.

He won the Woods' Players’ Player of the Year award in 2022. Followed Ben Bukowski to Harrow Borough in July 2024, but returned a year later.
