Ronan was a former Brentford Academy player who joined the Woods from Hampton & Richmond Borough in July 2022.

Attacking midfielder Ronan was loaned out to Hendon and then Tring Athletic in 2021-22, and he netted eight goals in 21 games for the Spartan South Midlands League side.
