Oli moved to the club from Hillingdon Borough in March 2011 and made an immediate impression. He was previously with North Greenford United.

Top scorer Oliver was named Supporters' Player of the Year for 2011-12 and Manager's Player of the Year in 2012-13; he won the Golden Boot in both campaigns.

As his career developed, he moved to Hemel Hempstead, then into League football with Dagenham & Redbridge, then Portsmouth, Ipswich Town, Mansfield Town and then Gillingham in January 2023.
