Tommy was appointed Northwood manager in March 2026 from a good spell Arlesey Town, but he couldn’t save the club from relegation and soon left.

He made a few appearances in the team; Tommy had played for Ireland up to U19 level, and played for Brentford B, Scarborough Athletic, Brighouse Town, Boston United, Corby Town, Margate, Preston Lions in Australia, Bognor Regis Town, Hayes & Yeading, Ashford United, Hungerford Town and Leatherhead.
