Jerome made his debut for the Woods in October 1993, having spent a short time at Watford. He took plenty of time to settle in the first-team but became stronger each season and eventually was one of the first names on the teamsheet each week. He followed manager Steve Emmanuel to Chesham United in December 1997 but drifted out of the game when it didn't work out there. Jerome is now believed to be living in Australia.
