Young forward Femi impressed in the Under 18s during 2017-18, and was rewarded by a dozen senior appearances towards the end of the season.

Femi moved to Wealdstone at the start of the following season, making 10 first team appearances, whilst also playing for Hanwell Town. He was signed to Reading's Under 23 squad in August 2019, and made his first team debut against Sheffield Wednesday in March 2021.

Femi joined Millwall for an undisclosed fee in 2024 and has now made over 120 Football League appearances.
