Teddy joined Northwood from Hadley. He was at Tottenham as a youth and then went to the US where he represented, ironically, Northwood College in Michigan as well as playing for Greater Lowell Rough Diamonds.

He's a versatile player who can play in defence or midfield and enjoyed a fine first season at the higher level, taking the Managers’ Player of the Year award.
