Reece is a powerful, experienced forward who joined the Woods in October 2023 on dual-registration from Harrow Borough. He started out at Chesham United before having spells at Leverstock Green, Aylesbury United and Colney Heath. Since then, he has had success at Oxhey Jets, Arlesey Town and Flackwell Heath.
