Ben was appointed as Head Coach at the Woods in November 2021 to work closely alongside Director of Football Steve Ringrose in his first managerial role, becoming manager in summer 2023. Ben is a well-respected coach who has worked for Gary McCann at both Hendon and Hampton & Richmond Borough in recent years.
