Vic played for the Woods in the mid-1980s but left to earn fame and fortune at Yeading, where he was a member of their FA Vase winning side. He then returned to the club in 1992 to play in Northwood's first couple of seasons of Isthmian football.

At the age of 41 he was still knocking in the goals for North Greenford United in the Middlesex County League.
